One of the most significant lessons I’ve learned throughout my fitness journey is the importance of letting go. It’s okay to feel something and just let it pass.” There were times when frustration and self-doubt threatened to consume me. Courage has also been a crucial element in my journey. It’s putting on your workout shoes when every muscle is sore. It’s seeking medical advice when something feels off, even if you’d rather avoid the possibility of bad news. It’s making your health and wellness a priority, knowing that the path ahead may be long.
